You agree to use FINSIS only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful software
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the platform or related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the platform or servers
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the platform without permission
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Collect or harvest information about other users without their consent
• Use the platform for any commercial purpose without authorization
• Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the platform

As a user of FINSIS, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring the accuracy of information you submit
• Complying with all institutional policies and procedures
• Reporting any security breaches or suspicious activity
• Using the platform in a manner consistent with its intended educational and administrative purposes

The platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by St. Louis University Institute and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

If you use FINSIS to process payments or financial transactions, you agree to:

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to FINSIS immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless St. Louis University Institute, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of FINSIS or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which St. Louis University Institute operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
